LUNACO JAPAN Co., Ltd. provides a 6-month limited warranty on our steering system components under normal use.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
3. What is Covered?
Manufacturing defects in steering racks, electric steering racks, and steering pumps
Malfunctions due to faulty materials or assembly errors
4. What is NOT Covered? (Exclusions)
The following cases are not covered by the warranty:
❌ Improper installation or failure to follow recommended procedures
❌ Accidental damage, collisions, or external impacts
❌ Misuse or neglect, including lack of maintenance
❌ Modifications or alterations made by the user
❌ Normal wear and tear from regular use
❌ Damage due to use of incompatible parts
❌ Labor costs, towing, or additional expenses related to replacement
5. How to Claim Warranty?
